Just 5mins drive to the Gilpin Community Center that has a heated pool, full gym, basketball courts, etc. All available to the public (see flyer in the pictures) and great fun for kids.

With a 70” television (with an AppleTV conveniently tucked away!) you will have no problem enjoying movie night with your housemates.
You will have access to Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+ and Prime Streaming. YoutubeTV will allow you to watch all your regular channels such as ESPN, CNN, FOX, ABC, etc.
Of course, you are welcome to login to any of your other streaming services.

There is a large portable "Ultimate Ears" bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy music inside or outside.

★ Cell Phone coverage★
AT&T and T-Mobile/Sprint have a decent cell coverage at the house and neighborhood whereas Verizon has none. Please download checkin information and Wifi password prior your arrival to avoid not being able to communicate with us. You will need to drive half a mile to the main road to get reception on Verizon.

★KITCHEN★
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including a gas stove, microwave, toaster and a coffee station. Cabinets stocked with a complete set of cookware, dinnerware and drinkware.

★BEDS & BATHS★
Designed for groups of 6, our chalet features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and queen pullout sofa. Fully stocked with linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner and body soap.

★Outdoor★
Just outside the kitchen you will have access to a large deck directly overlooking the lake. It comes with a natural gas BBQ, a gas fire pit and stylish outdoor lounging furniture.
Just a few steps down, you will find yourself on the shore of Dory Lake surrounded by walking trails to enjoy the breathtaking and tranquil scenery. Get active and go kayaking or have a seat by the fire and enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage while surrounded by nature.

★ The LAKE★
The Lake is NOT to be swam in. It is uniquely for fishing or kayaking!

★Community Recreation area★
Less than a five minute walk from the property, you will find a community recreation area with a basketball court and baseball field, kids play structure and a community covered BBQ area.

★ESSENTIALS★
The house is equipped with high speed WiFi, heating.

★Guest access★
You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled at will.
You have access to the entire property. You are not just booking the house, but the entire 1.5 acre property; take it all in!

★RULES★
ONLY the gas firepit on the deck is allowed. (i.e no spontaneous fire-starting on the property please!)
EVENTS are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.
PLEASE respect your neighbors. Noise travels in the thin air so please respect quiet hours which start at 9:30pm.
